Yes because oh his mother obviously, thus we can assume that Shiki was a kid out of a marrital status-Rido had Shizuka as his fiancee, if you remember, he told to Kaname that he was relieved that he got rid of her as she would not act obedient as Shiki's mother (well he probably could control her, she being a noble). But I do not remember if Shiki was named as a Kuran in the manga or not...

Cross is the revelation of Vampire Knights, lol, it's bad though that he goes on hiding himself with these glasses, scurfs and ponytails.
By the way Kaito looks also very Yammy...we have not seen him animated but I think he would be quite handsome, but there is a thing though he is not a vampire lol. So I can't vote for him.
