Well do you remember the scene where Aidou ans Akatsuki were studiing together as children? Their teacher told them that the Kurans were the kings in the vampire society until they laid down the crown...Kaname is the ancestor and the original king of the society, we´ve never seen him as king but all the quotes can tell you that he was the king of vampires...I don´t have much time so I´m not able to loo for chapters now but I will do that later

No ! Kaname is the first King of Vampires .
Who probably was the last ( and second ) was Yuuki's only grandfather ( most probable Kaname's son) .
