What is wrong with Zero chapter 67? Zero's weakness as a pawn in Sara's plans?

What is wrong with him? I keep associating this image with Hino insistence/hints in showing to us Yuuki's bracelet into several past chapters. Any theories?

I am of the opinion since the start of the second arc that Zero would became to fall to Level E again . But there is an interesting thing . Zero has shown in several times signs of losing his humanity and self - control . Sara needs a vampire hunter to aid to her plans to become the White Queen . She knows Zero is a very strong vampire/ vampire hunter that drank from at least 2 Kuran purebloods . As she smelled their blood in Zero . Sara's most ideal candidate for acting as her White Knight is Zero . But here's the deal . If Sara had noticed Zero is starting to fall to Level E . This spoils her plans to use him . As a Level E could not be a reliable adversary to a pureblood vampire as Kaname . Due to losing himself to impulses / instincts and poor logic and intelligence as Level E . So there is the possibility of Sara offering her blood to Zero not only to power - up him . But to temporary stabilize Zero . For at least a short time . Until he could finish the part Sara planned for him .

So I will not be surprised if chapter 73 has as scene where Zero bites Sara for her blood . If this happens , this is the strongest proof of Zero could become Level E near the end of the story . And a huge surprise for most fans . As this is a thing difficult to expect from Zero .
