Well, later we see Yuuki almost biting Yori. Yori, like Zero, is a loved one. Yuuki doesn't have a romantic interest in Yori, and I believe she sees Zero more like a sibling/friend bythe implications of her words/actions. And vampires do drink/desire the blood of their loved ones, rather they love them romantically or with a family/friend love, so her almost biting Zero when injured by Touma isn't all that surprising.

And like others said before me Yuuki wishes to devour Kaname while just she just drank a little of Zero's blood and expressed no desire to drink more. It's obvious it's Kaname she truly desires to drink from.

In Zeros point of viw only her blood can stop his hunger but controls himself well when sh is around showing coldness and bitterness. I understand why you think this but look at the point from both sdes before rushing to a conclusion. Uh... Thay probaly was boring but I am a fan of Zero and Yuki being together... Yes I may act like I know everything but I am just showing my opinions.

Yuuki never said she has a romantic interest in zero. she told kaname that a part of her heart is attached to a link she cannot cut, yet, and this is the reason she cannot be fully sated by kaname. In my opnion that was caused by their bitter departure.
Moreover, in chapter 74, after yuuki bit zero she said "I drank the blood of a man i never intended to wish for".
The word "never" nullified yuuki statement that she desire/desired zero's blood in chapter 51.

Zero is a level D and according to manga, level d and here is included zero too, they need fresh blood to sustain their lifes.
In zero's case, any kind of fresh blood will be enough to sate his first, temporary.
