I'm gonna say Yume ending here because for me if Kaname has to die for Yuuki to be with Zero that Zeki ending will make Zero look like second choice. So, in my mind Yuuki would have been with Kaname anyway if he didn't choose to die.
Either way, Yume will live on whether Kaname dies or live. I don't see Yuuki forgetting Kaname simply because he dies.
Now, if Kaname is alive and Yuuki choose to be with Zero, I'll see Zero as first choice and no one will get an argument from me. But even so, I cannot see this happening after all the love declarations Yuuki has made to Kaname. I wouldn't trust her character or anything she say at this point.
