A change of the plan?

I want to share one reflection. I think VK has started like many others shoujo mangas. There was a school, funny moments with students in love with a few bishounens and other things like that. But around 49 chapter everything changes and a school-love story turns into dark, bloody, vampire legend where we can see hole background of the world where charakters lives. Ealier we didn't know even in each town or even country VK had a place.
In my opinion, Hino, who said in one interview that he hadn't want to create another school manga, but her editor had made her write in this way, now when her VK is so popular is trying to turn bach to her original idea?
What do you think about that?

This is a tough question, not really know much of the subject but I wanted to ask what did you enjoy most? School arc or now?

I like it now, more mature...perhaps she had an overall idea and then she changed it to fit the school arc?

Who can know what's going inside a mangaka's head?

Allright I found it in the first volume of vampire knight Hino writes "I remember many things from when I decided to draw this story (a night in Osaka on August 1, 2004)... During the two nights i stayed there, I had details meetings with my editor about my next series. First we decided that I would draw a vampire story...though I insisted I didn't want to draw a comedy for a vampire story. I confirmed that it was acceptable for Lala to have a story full of blood, that would be like a horror story occasionally.

For the setting of the story, to make it easy to understand, I decided on a school setting. I wanted to draw a schoo/tragic love/vampire story. I felt that a vampire story would be challenging for me and this how Vampire Knight begun."

At least in the volume this is what she says...I do not know if she has revealed something else at a magazine but judging from here, she says that she wanted to do a school/tragic love / vampire story.

Now about the tragic love...that worries me the most...you know..but tragic can be all the way we don't have to reach the end? Right? LOL

Tragic love storie >_> Ah i cant seems to handle does Tragic love too well. As long as Kaname and Yuuki ending up together I'll be happy, but VK is one of the very few Manga that it is impossible for me to predic an ending of... and it's killing me like crazy not knowing the ending. Yuuki can easely end up with Zero at the end, ore with Kaname ( that will make my day xD) But yeah everytime something sad happens to does two Yuuki and Kaname I'm dying almost become heartbroken gosh i hate my self for being soo much in to VK and let lose my feelings on it T_T
