Sarah and Senate/ Yuuki and Key

Takuma said to Sarah that he´ll give to her something that she didn´t achieved in Senate´s times. This may be an indication that Sarah will be The Queen for a period, after all, to Takkun give something, she can not die yet. And so, this isn´t the last fight between her and Kaname.

What is Takuma-senpai referring to? And Why has he this power to give anything? Is it a power or an authorization? Perhaps, Takuma is running the council. And so, he will pass the command to Sarah, officially. He´ll claim her "the heroin of vampires" considering that Kaname is portrayed as the destroyer.

And that key? What this key can open ? Do you think Yuki will use it for what purpose?

Good question ... I thought about what Takuma could possibly meant too, but I couldn't come up with a solid answer.

mine was also there...because Sara had her eyes fixed on Kaname during the Senate period...like we saw at the ball, (where Yuuki had accidentally participated) and in the recent panels, Takuma is highlighted being next to Kaname...

I guess though that kaname could have been her way to ascend to the throne during that era- if he showed any interest in her, possible marry her, become queen and bla..bla..

that plan though did not fit with the Senate's plans anyway since they wished to revive Rido and get absolute control through him * so apparently the Senate in the long-term was an obstacle in Sara's ways because their plans eventually would not collapse at the end - each side wanted power for itself....

Now that Asato is out of the way - Kaname hates Sara (no possibility for Sara to take easily the leaderhip) so Sara has been left still with the desire to get the throne but how? the tablets I guess..Takuma could speak about giving her access to the pharmaceutical company (which his grandpa might deny any access to Sara) and so influence all vampires to be their Queen- eventually her scheme with the tablets can lead her there.

if she accomplishes to take power that also means that Yuuki shall fail in her current role..i guess, until she find means to fight it again...and decides to use the key? have no idea what it opens, but it seems that Hino saves it for a critical hour...

Hm… I don’t think that Takuma is running any council or at least I do not remember any reference about it … if I miss something please correct me.

However Takuma most likely is the representative/head of his family which as we know is on the top of social standing among the pro-senate clans. So probably he still has connections or can activate the power/influence of his name. If so then Sara can gain –through Takuma- the support of a considerable number of nobles.

As we also know Yuuki –acting as the head of her family- sought the approval and support of the nobles at her attempt to re-open the NC as a symbol of coexistence. However this support was given with many reservations something which might mean an easier withdrawal in the future if Yuuki would be seen as incapable or the nobles find another figure who can ensure their safety and interests ===> Sara?

So could it be Sara’s next move in that direction i.e. to gain the support of some or the entire nobles’ faction hence and Takuma’s recent reference?

Another info that we lack is if the disjunction between pro-senate and pro-monarch/Kuran among the nobles still stands and I mean considering Kaname’s actions which might have had created unification in order to affront a common “threat/danger” since especially Aido-dono’s death created fear and uncertainty to the nobles in general.

Thus I can see two possibilities here –IF Sara’s next aim will be the nobles- …

1. Or all the nobles will give to her their support … maybe a few will stay loyal to Yuuki/Kurans but Sara will have the numerical advantage so she’ll be closer to become the Queen.

2. Or Sara will gain the support of the pro-senate clans something which can lead to another clash … this time between the nobles/society deepening the crisis.

Yup, yup I agree … this seems to have been her first plan … the recollections from when Sara saw Takuma and Kaname together at that soirée as teens reinforces this possibility.

The senate on the surface seemed to be hypotactic to the PBs’ superiority whereas in reality they were using their powers straightening their dominance, so Sara’s goal to become the Queen would inevitably sooner or later have brought a clash between her and the senate << this also could have been a reason of why she wanted Kaname.

Though now, how can Takuma offer her something related to Kaname?? Maybe an info that Takuma hasn’t revealed yet?

Don’t know … thus and I’m leaning more to my above hypothesis about the nobles … Takuma can help her to gain the control of them something that she couldn’t have during the senate’s rule.

About the tablets … as long as nobody is dealing with this issue I think the tablets are continue to spreading with unknown implications … maybe a chaos in the town could help Sara to persuade the nobles to withdraw their support to Yuuki which might lead to >>>

Takuma is not member of any Senate now . But most probably he continues to be see by most of Vampire Aristocratic Society as the natural succesor for becoming leader of a new Vampire Senate .


What I think Takuma could give Sara that she could not get from the origunal Vampire Senate is her freedom . Freedom of acting as she wanted .

A thing the story has given is a great quantity of pureblood vampires were in total control by the Vampire Senate until their dissolution . Sara was one of them . She tried to pass as good girl until an opportunity arises . Sara had no way to do the things she liked without having to be supervised by someone from the Vampire Senate .

Another thing Takuma could help Sara is with her loneliness / desire to be loved . She lost her parents very young . Was in control of adults who wanted her for many things . Including her blood . But those same people never loved her . Now as she has got her freedom for do as she pleases . It is very obvious Sara wanted people around herself to love her . The cute female harem she got around her is proof of this . Additionally , Sara felt in love with Takuma . She planned for Ichio to give Takuma for her in the past . Now she doesn't need any Senator permit for getting the guy she likes .

I think that key is the one which opens the Kuran's mausoleum door . The place a lot of the mysteries from Kaname's past happened . Including a big one , the real reason of why Kaname enter his past slumber .

Kaname's kanji means door . He is the door of many secrets in V. K. Yuuki needs to open that door ( Kaname ) to discover the truth . Kaname symbolically gave her a way to see what really happened .

But what I expect is for Yuuki to use the key to open the Kuran's mausoleum door near the end . When Kaname decided he doesn't deserve her and chosen to return to a eternal slumber . When she need to open the door for reawaken Kaname .

but if she liked takuma why it is written in her fanbook that kaname is they guy she likes though right now well you know..he he he...but how in past she liked takuma??i think she lied to him.and yuuki and key,i just hope yuuki to die but that will lead to kaname's death then..

Yes that's the first scenario, the second that i might be thinking is that what separates the senates members that are pro-monarchy (supporting the Kurans) from the members were actually with Ichiou was their views about humans; the pro mornachy supported co-existence, the council as we knew it, no, that was why Kaname had to be removed. But what if the views/ or beliefs of the pro-monarchy famillies (that now support Yuuki), could be changed from the inside - I mean the tablets- wouldn't that allow to Sara to rise in power at once?

and this part of course...Takuma through the tablet's (pharmaceutical company) - and his influence could offer her the throne perhaps, as all nobles shall fall like flies in combination of the two - if you come to think it perhaps (if Hino decided to move to this direction) its a matter of time before Sara would become a queen but what prevents her is Kaname's fear (and no so much Yuuki's influence), as we saw she can prevent this..

While I was reading all of yours interesting aand smart answers I was thinking about a anime's scene..
I don't remember if there were also in manga.. However ..
I remembered that when Takuma killed his grandfather...
he used a powerfull sword..
maybe this is the mysterious thing that Sara wants from him, or better she wants that Takuma will be her own marionette, her soldier, ...

I believe that in the new chapter we'll see Shiki and Rima to the Levied
