I have seen the 91 chapter and also read the translation...
This is leading to:
-Zero stopped Yuuki from having her memories taken away
-Isaya's not taking away Yuuki's memories and turning her human again and die.
-Kaname's NOT gonna DIE!
-Yuuki have the ONLY chance to SAVE KANAME!
-Zero got his memories back before Yuuki transformed into human again!
-Kaname wants to suicide/sacrifice,
into the furnace to protect Yuuki from the remaining Purebloods 
-MY guess is:
Hino is making a game again,THE LAST GAME-THE VAMPIRE BLACK KING=KANAME
THE VAMPIRE BLACK QUEEN=YUUKI
THE VAMPIRE KNIGHT=ZERO
ENDING=Zero kills the rest of the purebloods who wants to kill kaname and Yuuki before they show some threat zero assassins them...
Kaname remains alive and live with Yuuki
That's my Ending for you guys
EVEN IF HINO DOESN'T MAKE THAT TYPE OF HAPPY ENDING I'LL STILL CONSIDER THAT MINE HAPPY ENDING FOREVER!
I'm not gonna accept a sad ending never!
Crying now because we only have more 2 chapters to go
as a gift for my birthday day 8 of next month April I want Happy Ending Hino-sensei
