Yes, Kaname does bite Yuuki; more than once even. He bites her first to transform her back into a vampire. The next time was in ch. 49 when they just arrived at the Kuran mansion when Yuuki asked to be tainted too after they kiss. And I can't remember the chapter number at the moment, but he bit her after his bats took her back to the Kuran mansion: once on the neck and then the wrist.
And who knows how many off scene bites, but those are the ones that were shown.

Off topic: I actually think both Kaname and Zero bites were hot. But the Yuuki bites on Kaname were the hottest of all. Here's my ranking of top three fave bites:
