why some want to break apart Yuki and Kaname? :(

I mean, isn't LOVE enough? I really dont understand why some just want to break them apart by making excuses or reasons. They love each other very much and now their torn apart its so sad what is happening with them without others being sour.... I love their moments their so lovely together.

Well, I take it you are talking about the VK fans, so...

1)Well, some just prefer Zero/Yuuki over Kaname/Yuuki. (I've actually seen some like both. Not many, but they are out there.)

2)Some just dislike/hate Kaname. Some don't like his "shady" character and other reasons with his personality.

3)Now, some hate Kaname solely because he prevents Zero/Yuuki. They love Zeki, so they hate Kaname. That is a shallow reason, but I have seen many fans of other anime/manga as well hate a character solely because they prevent another pair. (If you are familiar with InuYasha, then you may know that there are a lot of Kikyo haters because she "interferes" with Inuyasha/Kagome.)

4)Also, they hate Kaname because of how he treats Zero. They love Zero, so they hate Kaname for "manipulating" him, and being "mean" to him. Never mind how Zero has treated Kaname.

I respect the first reason. If they like Zeki more than Yume, fine by me. As long as they don't bash Yume.

I respect the second reason to a degree. We are all different people and some types don't like some types. For example, I don't like characters who seem to get angry/yell all the time, (though I do like a couple because of other qualities they have, but they never become faves) but some people do. So, if they don't like Kaname because of personality reasons, then I can respect that. Unless it just goes overboard and the reasons are crazy, then I don't.

Now, I don't respect the third reason at all. That is no reason to hate a character, in my book. And unfortunately I see it a lot. Not just inside the VK fandom, but other series as well. Sad really that some people hate a character for that reason, but it's the truth.

Now, the 4th one, I can respect in "some" cases, but not where VK is involved with Kaname and Zero. If how "mean" Kaname treats Zero is the reason, then you pretty much have to hate Zero because of how he treats Kaname and also Yuuki. I only respect the "how they treat someone" reason if there is no just cause or reason for how they treat a character and only if it's truly mean also.

Well, those are just my observations of what I've seen and what I have figured out. Hope it helped and is not offensive to anyone.

you are absolutely right, its way too sad when you see them apart, i know i love the moments of yuuki and kaname together they are adorable and full of care and devotion.i feel like crying when i see kaname's expression in recent chs.

i am speaking about fans as well as characters in manga. as to why some people want to break them apart well if you see those are the people who are heartless, in this manga honestly i really dont like many people all of them are not supportive they are just persistent and clingy even when they know they have no chance.

i mean wishing for kaname's death i mean thats way too cruel and heartless, some come up with come on its manga why read if you can't feel anything. dont read at all. even when it wasn't revealed he had any such plans like in ch 75. if one person dies doesn't mean the lover of that person goes to another thats just being low.


others be sour or whatever happens to them honestly i dont care in least about them in manga.there are always some weird people out there who just dont understand somethings and dont like seeing two people happy together.

love, care , devotion , loyalty all are true in yuuki and kaname's case they love each other care for each other i mean of course yuuki and kaname will not break they are too strong to be broken apart by such losers they will conquer all the adversities and yuuki and kaname will live happily in end with each other. we must believe in them.


this is just a general opinion no offenses to anyone.

I also think that general assumptions and speculations about the fandom should be avoided in order not to provoke or begin a debate of inflammatory nature as another similar thread could possible begin from the opposite fandom and in the same respect the forum should host both sides view in the matter. Since the nature of the subject involves real people and not the fictional characters of the manga, I think that it’s better to lock the thread. Thanks for the understanding.
