...Anyway a few thoughts with many reservations till we have the text from the japanese raws…
1. Kaname was indeed startled from the existence of the Kiryuus’ twins. Now it’s getting more intriguing how this curse started hm … I think perhaps this is the indication of how much exceptional Zero was or would be as a hunter! >>
Shizuka: “You’ve got good senses… you knew I was here, even before your parents noticed. The twin children of the hunters … it all comes down to your sinful blood …” (cap.19)
So probably his sinful blood - since he managed to be born - is the origin of his extraordinary power … ???
2. Sara is still trying to take Yuuki on her side by making her lose her trust on Kaname but Yuuki still can’t trust her ofc… (Yuuki can’t get out of her mind the scene from the ball with Kaname and Sara … haha I guess the instinct of a woman in love worked!
)I also think that Yuuki cleverly used the offered excuse from Kaname - that he would kill Sara next - in order to restrain Sara into her room … If so then Yuuki found a way to kill two birds with one stone > to limit Sara (cuz of her tablets etc) but synchronously without using this as the real reason but her safety! Thus she “escaped” without a scratch! Hanabusa’s fear indicates that they do not take the situation with Sara lightly but for now seems wise not to stir up the things further and more openly …
3. The major point is that Yuuki’s blood indeed nullified the effects of Sara’s tablets … and Yuuki just figured the power of her blood hm … I wonder if she can keep offering her blood like this cuz for the NC perhaps she can do it but the tablets have been distributed in the town as well!
Also seems like the tablets made the vampires aggressive?! The two students from the NC were going after Yori and the class president! And certainly they became aggressive when Yuuki took their tablets … I wonder how many side
effects the tablets can have …
4. Zero got affected from the scent of Yuuki’s blood thus he asked her not to approach him and ran off. But Sara saw the whole scene and confirms for another time Zero’s thirst … I wonder how Hino/Sara is going to make use all of these scenes … Sara has offered her blood to Zero before so probably she wants Zero to drink it … but is his thirst enough to make him drink from Sara? I doubt it, so she must use something more … As she said she wants to stir up things…
Not to mention that Sara seems really fearless and pretty cosy at the academy…
… except from the fact that she spread her tablets easily to the NC, now she’s having Hanadagi’s servant by a chain leash into her room while outside was Aido and Zero!!!! 
5. The scene with Sara and Zero it’s pretty fishy … What she could tell him that brought Zero’s surprise and then laugh????
Well honestly the chapter from the raws seemed far more promising than what actually was. *sigh* No many info, no revealed secret … just more questions!

But I'm really curious about meaning of Sara's words: All I need to do is to provoke them a little bit. Then there's no knowing whose side they'll take. Because first: Sara told Zero's the secret, is she thinking Zero will tell it Yuuki or her plan is to keep it from her to the end It will be a scene worth watching and she hopes Yuuki will turn then against Kaname. Could this secret really be connected with Kiryuus family? Like Kaname is somehow guilty of killing Zero's parents ( just thinking I am really have no idea) and that's why she said whose side they ( so Yuuki also) will take?We already had the scene when Kaname confessed to Yuuki: I made as much use I possibly could of the closenness between you and Zero.( ch 49). So if Sara thinks some truth can change Yuuki then this secret is really BOOM! or her plan is not so perfect as she thinks
or it's conncted with something totally different.

my impression of the chapter;
1. first Yuuki's special powers is coming to light more and more and justifies and kaname's decision to keep her safe at home while she still had no idea of the world that surrounded he, so we see now how Hino justifies Kaname's decision even chapters later.
Perhaps under the current chapter it becomes more evident Kaname's fear that Yuuki shall sacrifice her life? meaning that was not a simple fear but his prediction about the outcome of this arc?...because he knew Sara's plans and he also knew that he has to go and step on that plan in order to fulfill his OP and this fear he finally tamed in order to open the way for his OP to take place thus all of his later actions?
2. Sara is about to tell a secret- Takuma interrupts her, so in order to do such a thing, I assume that what Sara is about to said will be very twisted, not the truth, not the reality but her own twisted version of whatever she is hiding there OR Takuma does not want Yuuki to know Kaname's plan yet so that can buy time for kaname to go on with the fulfillment of his plan.
Meanwhile Yuuki's discovery about the effects of her blood is victorious, in this way perhaps she can release Takuma from Sara's spell and finally earn an insight into Sara's plans.
3. It seems that Sara realizes that the potential danger to be exterminated is driving closer thus NOW she decides to release this secret. Since she was keeping Takuma from the start, my question is why to release that secret now? Is it because it now matches with the conditions? Meaning if she had wanted just to twist Zero and Yuuki against Kaname she could have done it from the start along with her other lies example that Kaname killed Ouri.
So why was she waiting that long if that's a secret that does not concern Yuuki alone but also Zero for example? I can not understand how this pureblood thinks, lol...So she gives me the impression that Sara was probably waiting was to dominate the night class and to release her tablets at town> this way now that she releases this secret, no matter what it is, there is not going to be any support for Yuuki in case she needs it in order to stand up for Kaname's side.

And she also had said that she must earn Yuuki's trust in order to release this secret, another reason perhaps that she delayed there. Its all up to theory, but would Zero smirk like that? plus Takuma thinks about how Kaname's plan started in general and it started from the moment that he heard about the twins- we do not know much about the curse and what it can mean to vampires. It looks that this blood is extraordinary and Kaname perhaps saw there a chance to kill Rido and get rid of him once and for all and also to restore balance among vampires and hunters.

I personally don't think Sara's biggest concern is to get both of them on her side, I think she may be trying to turn Zero and Yuuki against each other, perhaps. Judging by Zero's smirk it wasn't anything that upset him. My guess is it's something Zero will agree with and Yuuki will not, thus turning them against each other for Sara's amusement/plan.
May it be Kaname planning to sacrifice himself for Yuuki's sake, Kaname doing all the killing for Yuuki's sake, anything that Yuuki wouldn't agree with. Creating conflict between Yuuki and Zero could give Sara an opening as well.

could be because they way that Sara expresses it, she is unsure about the outcome (which sides they will take) but she seems to have amusement drawn out of it, so it actually fits her whatever the result.
Yuuki and Kaname against Zero or Zero and Yuuki against Kaname, the main thing is that she is heading to create a conflict there...
By the way, I miss Kaname, I want the plot to move forward, Hino is really dragging the issue too much...

hi everybody .. im new here 
i was mad that kaname didnt appear in this chapter .. im mean we have been waiting for a long time now ..and moreover sara didnt tell yuuki the secret ..we have to wait until zero tells us
and im very afraid of yuuki knowing the power of her blood
because she might try to help other vampires which leads to her sacrifising herself
and i think sara doesnt care about which side zero or yuuki will take ..she is just playing with them in oreder to make them go against each other .. i think zero will stand against kaname but yuuki won`t
and this way there will be a conflict just like you guys said before

LOL!...I have to say that I miss Kaname too...without him around, the plot barely moves....
Not that I am good at guessing but....I'll agree with roasever that the secret Sara told Zero is about his parents' deaths and Kaname's involvement...Zero would be surprised at that...Zero smirked/laughed because he knows he can't trust Sara's words and Zero is not going to go after Kaname....Zero wants Kaname to kill all purebloods first (chapter 74/75)...so....plot really did not move....again.....
...unless Sara told Zero more than that "secret"....
(Did someone say this manga is ending around chapter 100? well....I don't see it moving fast enough to finish then....I might be old when this manga is done

I dont think Sara can say that to use Zero because Zero will know that Sara is lying. Zero witness with his own eyes Sizhuka (in the first arch) killed Zero's parents. And that night also Sizhuka bite Zero and the bite cause him to turn into vampire. This is also the reason why Zero hates vampires and purebloods the most.

There´s something going on here And it can only be something about the twin curse I think the twin curse is the reason why the hunters hates the vampires. I don´t think that the hunters hated the purebloods from the start. Because the hunters did said once that they were grateful to the woman. Also some of the vampires were they saivours. If not for them the human race would have died. I think the vampires and hunters would have coperated today if it´s not was for twin curse. Can you remember when it was told that Zero acecstors had eatet a vampire? I think it means that they actually eatet a vampire for themself. It´s like that I quees.Maybe the vampire they eatet was someone important to Kaname. And maybe it was Kaname who cast the twin curse
Maybe he was out of anger and then did cast the spell at them? Maybe it´s because they had a little of the hodded lady´s blood that they look like her I am confused here

I think the story was that the hunters drank a certain female pure blood's blood and for that they where cursed. The cure of the twins. I could be wrong.

I agree Kaname IS the ancestor of the Kuran Clan he had to start a family with a lady. Personally I think that his wife/queen blood has been devoured by the hunters and because that the hunters where cursed with curse of the twins.
