    this is just a speculation poll,i am not saying he will die
    but still there are strong evidences that he will die i am making this poll.

    my personal option is that she will move on and live with zero.she does said that she can't keep on living with him and she belongs to kaname but kaname himself will never want yuuki's death.maybe he declares his last wish of yuuki to stay alive.otherwise he will never rest in peace and blah blah.so i think she will move on just like titanic story.
