Who is best for Yuuki? Kaname or Zero?

Who best fits Yuuki? Who is made for her? Zero Or Kaname? And why?

I know both are but what about what Yuuki needs?

Yuuki had alot of worries during the first arc. She worried about Zero (constantly, almost) and later about her past and what Kaname's feelings for her were. Some of her smiles were pretend (Zero usually pointed it out) but she had genuine moments of happiness too. I don't think it's right to say that whatever happiness she felt in the first arc/with Zero was "fake". I think she even said so herself once, somewhere after her transformation: "The years I spent as a human weren't make believe or a fake..." , but I get that as the manga became darker/more serious, so did she. Still, I wished we could see some happiness again from her soon, the girl's been so depressive I feel bad for her.

personally the person i think yuuki should be with is kaname, and here's my reasons why i think this.
1) they can spend eternity together.
2) they both wish to protect each other.
3) they believe in each other. yuuki recently said she believed in kaname, and kaname must have belief in her to share his past to her. he put faith in her to see his memories, not knowing how she would react. also with him leaving he trusts her and he left her that key.
4) they are willing to fight for each other and also seem prepared to die for the other.
5) both wish for co-existence. so similar goals to work towards together.
7) they have been in love with each other from the start, even when yuuki was human and didnt remember him, she fell in love with him of her own accord!
6) they are perfect for each other and they look so cute together.
i think thats everything.... ...yep, looks like it.

oh...i so hope one day they do this! hope i get an invite.

I agree with you entirely. Kaname and Yuuki are born to live together, his memories of reflects of future had shown it clearly. It proved additionaly that Yuuki is really only reason to live for Kaname threfore it is only way to endure a furher life for him and to force Yuuki's fear of eternity spent in loneliness.

Either way they are both good for her.

I don't know who would be better

Probably Kaname since he can spend an eternity with her.

(Since I'm more for a happy ending, a Zeki ending reminds me of Hana to Akuma's, beautiful but sooo sad, I've never cried that hard for a manga before lol)

The best person for her is the one she loves and wants to be with in the present.

Eternity isn't all its cracked up to be, we see vampires who live for a very long time even with their loved one, life is meaningless without purpose.

You can make choices based on practical things, like to avoid being alone forever, but it should be about making yourself happy now rather than being afraid of the future.

so whether thats Kaname or Zero, its up to you. She has issues and problems with both that she needs to get over to be happy, but to me, its Zero the one she has always connected with, worried about, defended and protected and got the same in return from Zero, when they were allies they had a balanced relationship, even though both thought they used the other too much, but that kind of thought just made it more balanced. And I want to see that again, but taken to the next level, fulfilling all that UST that their bites had, the sweet feeling of ch60 and watching them kick ass together.

Obviously even if the conditions are fake or whatever, feelings are always original; you experience happiness even when being in ingnorance of the truth, but you experience it.

I just wanted to point this out so that my answer is clear; Yuuri's wish was that Yuuki be a human and live a carefree life, much lighter and safe than the pureblood legacy Yuuki carried could offer to Yuuki. So inevitably the atmosphere changes once she is back to being a pureblood, contradicting the "happy" carefree life that Yuuki used to live; that was the meaning of Yuuri's sacrifice after all.
In this way Yuuri's choice to make Yuuki a human also seems justified; Yuuki had herself far less worries, now it is mostly herself that she is worrying around (trying to find her path, accepting who she is, adopting to the new vampire society, stay unharmed and protected, leading others, understanding her role as a Kuran princess, finding strength to go on) in relation to the first arc where she may be worrying about others but her own life was clear and set, away from any dangers (or so she thought). Its important to take all these factors into consideration. There is a general twist in Yuuki's character and personality from the moment she turns into a vampire.

I'm definitely with you on that one... especially the ones in bold. Kaname & Yuuki deserve their happy endings at the conclusion of the VK series. By the time they get married and have twins, who's gonna babysit them-- Hanabusa, Ruka, Kaien, or Zero?

Well ,,actually it is quite easy to answer Kaname would be the perfect match for her....If you take a look at Zero you can see that he doesn´t be able to accept yuuki´s vampire side....yeah of course it is because of his past I can truly understand his hate but If my boyfriend can´t take me as Iam than I would be rather better without him because hey what have I done to you ?!! It isn´t my fault what happens to you!? And secondly although Kaname knows that a part of yuuki´s heart is still attached to zero he doesn´t mind it...but I have to mention that sometimes Kaname´s love is a bit scary because it is soo possesive and full of contradictories.. but I find it cute because We all know that Kaname ´s actions happens because he is madly in love with her..

I'm not sure either..
I like both pairings..so I'm not sure who I like better..

since she was once human for a while she does understand that you do not marry
your own brother.Just because Yuki turned back into who she really is which is a

1) Kaname and Yuuki ARE NOT SIBLINGS!!!!!!

2) Yuuki's real brother was murdered by her evil uncle Rido as a sacrifice in order to resurrect Kaname.

and 3) Kaname and Yuuki are not only as pureblood vampires... but also ENGAGED!


And since Yuuki have gotten her pureblood powers back, her personality remains the same.

Zero and Yuuki all the way

I guess Kaname is the best one for Yuki Zero thinks that too.

Im just a little worried because it doesnt seem like Kaname love Yuki as much as when he didnt have her (while she still was a human). Kaname could be a little more honest and not run off (especially not after they both said that they would start over...)

If you remember in the start of the manga. At that time Yuki was a lot happier then she is now. Also at that time she had accepted the fact that she never could be Kanames equal, but now she is a pureblood like him but she still inst his equal... I think she really should focus on learning some cool pureblood-power or something and try to be his equal.

As for Zero. Zero loved the human-Yuki. When he found out that she wasnt human he thought he hated her. But after while I think he will accept Yuki as vampire-Yuki . however, even thought Zero can get his mind of killing poor Yuki they still couldnt end up together. She is a pureblood: Forever young. Zero will grow old and die. I also think that Zero think that Yuki is weak and like a little girl or something.

Yuki wants Zeros and Kanames blood... this is very problematic. maybe she should choose both of them

Or maybe she should stay away from both of them for a while. She should not need to be protected and cared for all the time. Come on... When Kaname fled Zero came to the rescue and opens a vein for Yuki (cap. 73). Do Kaname and Zero think she cant live without someone protecting her...?

I think Yuki should take a break from boys. She should focus on:
- What is Sarah doing?
- What are Kaname up to?
- Study...
- Kanames past.
- The night class.
- Maybe spend some time with Yori.
- Learn some pureblood-powers.
- Ans so on....

Yuki ought to learn how to take care of her self

(but in the end it is Kaname the best one for Yuki )

I has always thought that Yuuki should be with Kaname, because I'm Kaname's fan. Now, I doubt.
Kaname seems to be with so deep despair as if he had lost all his hope. He behave like he doesn't want to spend his time living happily with his beloved Yuuki.
It's possible that he prefers to let her go in order to not hurt her anymore. hat o you think about that?

is it really that hard to understand yuki and kaname are not siblings see volume 8 and ch 58 .why bring this topic again rido sacrificed real kaname brother of yuuki to awaken kaname ancestor.kaname and yuuki should be with each other. kaname is best for yuuki

Again and again the same mistake. How kuran prince said
Yuuki and kaname are not siblings.
Kaname did not possesed baby kaname's body. kaname (the ancestor) reduced his body to a baby because of blood lust.
The kaname you see know it is yuuki's ancestor in his own body. baby kaname died and turn to dust (this happen with vampires when they die). baby kaname was out the story when rido sacrifice him to awake kaname the ancestor from his slumber.

I think if we just look to this subject in general yuuki would be better to stay with pure blood like hair ........ but that's not the case .... if things ended up with kaname i think the manga will be repeating itself and the story simply will b similar to haruka and juri and nothing new will happens ......... but if she tried to stay with zero both hunter association and vampires will be mad on both zero & yuuki and new story will happen so I gave my voice to zero....& if we just left that aside i love zeki to much

What is wrong with repeating a story? It would be great if the story of beautiful story would repeat. Despite of that, it's necessary to remember about the end of that. Though I wait for happy ending and Kaname and Yuuki being together, I think there is more signs of repeating the bitter end.
