Death note

Does anyone saw it? I started today to watch it and I am in episode 5. It is really intresting.
(and this guy which plays the death - i don't remember how they called them in japan - is really adorable and cute! - I know,how weird can a people be?

It is very interesting anime. Of course many complain about the ending but I think everything there is reasonable. The last scene is very sad and mysterious. Write about your impression when you finish it, I have many doubts and questions about Death Note, but I have anyone to share them with him.

I have read death note. It is very interesting.Light and L are the most attractive characters in manga I have ever seen.I think I love them because of their death. It is regretful.

I own and read all 12 volumes of the manga , the light novel Another Death Note and saw the whole anime . But not see the live action movies yet .

I can't understand yet why the subtle difference in the ending between the manga and anime . At least in the final death scene .

I consider the first half of Death Note ( until the 7th volume ) one of the most brilliant stories in manga I read . ( I read more than one hundred of serial manga tittles by now . And several hundred single volumes .) The match of L and Light for who is smarter and cunning is worth of following until the end . The scene of Light against the FBI agents is one of the best written scenes I ever read in manga . Expected outcome , but how brilliant mind for plotting had Light for making those moves was difficult to outmatch .

The story lags a little after the 8th volume . Because the writer could make more interesting choices . As making Light the more powerfull being on Earth . Making Mellow and N more likable or charismatic . But as the story is really a Shounen and not a Seinen , it probably was inevitable . Bad guys have to be punished . Good guys have to win . Since the start , we are expecting Light to die . Riuk told Light , he will die at the moment he get bored with him . But how he would die and at what moment is the surprise .

This story is also an example of a fad of making the bad guy as protagonist . But until now , the Japanese manga examples I read ,tend to kill the bad , anti - heroe protagonist as final solution . It is no easy to keep alive a bad guy , even if he started with good intentions . In American stories is more common to see these kind of anti - heroe ending alive . I hope V. K. don't continue a similar tendency with Kaname's character .

No . I'm not impliying Kaname is a villian in V. K. . But I don't want to see an ending where killing Kaname is used as an easy way to resolve the plot . As was the case in Death Note .

I like Death note. I didn't read manga, I just watch anime. Are differences between them? I tried once to read manga, but I discovered anothr one and focused on that, i forgot about Death note.
Now I want to focus on D-Gray man - on kanda character :chuckle:
I liked Light and L, too bad L had to die :too much cry:
I liket Misa in a way too, actually I pity her because light didn't love her, he just use her.

Anime shows are great I buy the costumes of all anime I love I am still looking for a death note costume maybe i'll drag my mom to buy me one LOL
