Who is best for Yuuki? Kaname or Zero?

Who best fits Yuuki? Who is made for her? Zero Or Kaname? And why?

I know both are but what about what Yuuki needs?

He cherrished the human yuuki, he even said she can do whatever she wants with his life, but the moment she became something he loathed he rejected her as a person.

Maybe now he's accepting yuuki, but this doesn't change the fact at some point in manga zero dissapointed some of us. Even if yuuki's real nature was something he loathed the most, in the same time she was someone he loved the most. And when love and hatred were put in balance, apparently hatred weighted more.

I haven't been around this forum since the 80th chapter was released.

Aya-chan... you took the words right out of my mouth. Everything that you have stated is compeltely spot on and true to the actual story the mangaka have written. I'm completely speechless.

No, even though Zero has despised Yuki's Vampire side, he is still in love with her and is yearning for her. They are BOTH yearning for each others blood....

And here Zero is craving for her...See he is holding his neck?



They are both yearning for each other, but unsure of each others feelings towards one another. And we don't know but, Yuki could have changed when she heard what Kaname had done(Releasing Shizuka) She wants to stop him, she said nothing of still wanting to devour him. Remember she said that WHEN she thought he was her brother, and even then I felt she felt out of his reach.

And really, just because a couple doesn't AGREE with something (Like coexistence) Does it mean that they CANT make a relationship?

anyway, I agree with sassy..I mean..yuuki never said she didn't want zero's blood..really..after yuuki drank zero's blood she said "I drank the blood of someone I never intended to ask blood for." That's not saying she didn't want it. It's just her saying that she never pictured her being able to drink his blood. That's the way I see it. she didn't flat out say "I never wanted zero's blood" and besides..before that, she said when she sunk her fangs into zero's neck she became calmer..how does that say she didn't want his blood? I just don't see how some of you think that's saying she didn't want it because she's not saying that.
I also agree with sassy. They BOTH want each other's blood. and like sassy said, yuuki's feelings for kaname could have possibly changed after all this. and again..like sassy said, why wouldn't zero and yuuki be able to be together because they disagree on things...They're opposites..OPPOSITES. haven't you guys ever heard of opposites attract? You forget though Yuuki was injured at the time. Her thrist for blood to heal herself may have been a factor in that scene. The moment Yuuki came to her sense's she pulled away and sorry but i haven't really seen Yuuki showing craving for Zero's blood. Never any clear craving.

I suppose its down to how we see the distinction between intention and desires. To me our intentions stem from our desires. Ergo if you never intended it, its a high probablility you never desired it. Thas my opinion anyway. ^^ Don't kill me zeki's.

yuuki's feelings for kaname could have possibly changed after all this.

I doubt really that feelings as strong as love change so quickly. But the next chapter should reveal the answer to this question on how Yuuki's feelings have changed or stayed for Kaname. I believe Yuuki needs though to hear what Kaname has to say before she would make a decision, you can't come to a solid conclusion i feel unless you have all the facts infront of you.

This point i understand and agree with to an extent. Though having similar goals or being on the same side helps, when it comes to love sides should not matter. But if it comes down to a conflict between the two sides, does the person stand with their team or with their lover? Makes it difficult then bit it does make for interesting dynamic's.

Why should that be a problem? I think it dosen´t matter if you agree or not. Such matters dosen´t really concern love. And actually it makes you grow, not to have the same opion on things. When you disccus with someone with a different POV in life, you get a larger sight of the world. It gives you understanding about why people do as they do. Maybe they will make out a compromisses if they still don´t agree. Yuuki and Kaname don´t agree on things as well. But it´s okay to disagree when it´s the Yume couple?

Thats not what i said at all. Its perfectly fine to have differnet opinions, thats how you get balance alot of the time in relationships. The whole ying and yang. At the moment niether couple are really on the same side.

What I was saying, was that if on opposite sides what happens if you go against each other? Like the sides fight, do you then fight your loved one maybe even to the death, or do you put your differences aside and join forces with your lover or try and find a compromise? The point i am trying to raise that being on opposite sides can cause problems and difficulties, more then being on the same side. That's all.

No where in my comment did i say it was fine for Yume and bad for Zeki, to be like that. Please don't put words in my mouth.

Both ZeKi and YuMe need to solve their problems before ANY relationship can be developed....Both couples have a chance,, but Yuki is the one who will make the final decision...And who she chooses will effect us all. Unless they all die in the end (Which would make me cry)

YuMe's Problems

1. Kaname's Plans and Intentions. Yuki will need to agree with his plans to want to be on his side again.

2. Kaname's Sins. So far Yuki has not forgiven him for his latest known sin. (Releasing Shizuka) Well by the look on her face she seemed shocked...I think more about her thoughts about that will be revealed in the chapters to come...But she will need to except him as a person and for what he has done to want to form any relationship.

3. Being his Equal. Yuki so far has not said anything about being his equal, but constantly saying she wants to "Stop" Him. But what could she do? Shes weak, and in some situations really dumb LOL But she's starting to mature which I'm glad

4. Acceptance Yuki will need to accept Kaname as the Ancestor and the fact that he might not be a virgin LOL She also needs to accept all the things he has done, regardless of the past.

YuMe's problems are hard .... Would Yuki really forgive him? She stated that he was a liar...And that she was happy as him being her older brother...Her senior...

ZeKi's Problems

1. Zero's Fall to Level E. Well this is surely a debatable subject...I don't really think he WILL fall...Hino's just using it for more drama...Zero obtained Shizuka's blood though Ichiru and IMO he is unlikely to fall...He's just craving Yuki's blood...

LOL I know I know YuMe's I remember your words...

"Zero drank Shizuka's blood INDIRECTLY, so HE WILL FALL TO LEVEL E"

But IMO I think not, so don't harass me like it was back then... *cough*

2. Zero accepting Yuki's TRUE nature. Although he DID say he would kill her, I doubted he will. Remember all those times he had pointed that shot gun at her? Did he shoot? No. He could never kill her. And here's proof:

"I thought I'd killed you.."

I want her gentle hands...Her smile...Even though I know I should never yearn for you...



This proves that he just CANNOT kill her. He yearns her so badly...Even though she's a vampire...He loves her. Cant you just see it in that one scene? He's afraid to be rejected and that's why he won't confess his love for her. He's afraid to be hurt by her again....

And even though they disagree with some things (Coexistence) I believe that one day Zero will understand a Vampire is not just a beast in human form...Someday he will understand I hope

kaname kuran,he is the only one for her,i he dies then i prefer yuuki dieing as well instead of ending up with zero.

I do not doubt you one bit at all. Kaname is the only one for Yuuki... the one vampire to shine his darkest hour. They truly deserve their happy endings whether they accept it or not.

What do you know about Kaname's sin? Why are you so obvious that Yuuki wouldn't forgive him? To answer your question : She can kill Kaname if Yuuki can't live with him "Love until Death part"... Whatever happens with them, death only can make them part, no matter if it will be Yuuki kill him, she will be kill herself as well. If you leave me, just kill me if not I will kill you..So passionate romantic love. What about Zeki? Do they just only accept each others' choice? and walk separately, Zeki will be like this forever.. I can't see Yuuki would question Zero and stopped him for being her enemy or do such thing with Zero when he is siding Sara... .. Zeki has no passion of love at all unlike Yume, that's why it's frighten you to keep sinking down Yume all the time... Right?

I'm proud of my ship and I am definitely sure about it.... The more you sink down Yume(whatever you said you didn't but you did), the more I find Yume possibility than ever. If Hino dared to change the whole story to be a Zeki endgame, she would know that her reputation was ruining... That's why she never dared to do so..

Okay i understand you do not think Yume is possible your entitled to your opinion, but so are those (like me) who believe very much its a Yume ending. Yes we are sure of ourselves as from what we see its Yume ending, just how you are sure of yourself that it is a Zeki ending. But in the end it is out of are hands, though that does not mean we have to stop shipping our pairings.

And how Yume can be endgame in the possible situation? Well considering what was said in the talk this chapter, and what we know about Kaname's feelings i think they are in quite a strong position really. They both obviously still care about each other and love each other. So considering this, how is the Yume ship sunk? Yes they at the moment do not agree, but no couple ever agree's on everything, also several of the facts are yet to be revealed. And i for one highly doubt Yuuki could ever kill Kaname. He is someone she cares about deeply. Sorry but IMO if she can kill Kaname she can kill Zero too. And about Kaname 'sins' again we don't have all the facts and several things (like shiuzka escaping with her lover) are quite contradictory to what Kaname has said. Urgo there is a possibility he has lied about a few things.

Unashamedly, I feel weird (that's why I see you are the weirdest zeki) when you said you like Yume as well as you like Zeki but all the time you defend only for your beloved Zeki.. Why you want to win with a discussion, there is no right or wrong in discussion, only agree and disagree. Everyone has their opinions. You said you don't Kaname because he is an ancestor and you hate his act... I don't hate Zero but his hardcore fans make me detest him somehow but I can't say I hate his action but I just am disappointed.

it will always be kaname sama whom i think is best for yuuki,zero too is cute and he loves yuuki but he hates her too as well but kaname always loved yuuki ,human or vampire,his love never changed a bit .he is best for yuuki.

hino is not stephanie meyer,she wrote an epic story and i believe she will end it up epic whether its zeki or yume.i love hino matsuri even if she ends up making zeki together and this is coming from a yume fan.i love you miss matsuri.

its still clear that kaname loves her the most.

The best to her is the one she loves, as a woman loves a man: with tenderly and with passion. Not just passion. Not just tenderly. If you ask me on my personal opinion, I´ll say this man is Kaname. I think there are more romanticly elements in Yume than in Zeki.
But If you ask me what man is the man of my dreams, I´ll say this man is Zero. To myself. Not Yuki. =D

and then you have kaname's signature.lol i think that man is zero because even when she was with kaname she cared about zero,she was worried about zero and when she was with zero when human,she left kaname for zero when he was thirsty.so i think yuuki loves zero but that do not justifies her being kaname's past wife.

hmmm honestly I think they both love her equally. Zero let her go cause he knew she would be happy with Kaname. The fact he was willing to give her up so she would be happy says a lot
