I vote for the volume 8 cover. Whether it's from LaLa (Japan) or Shojo Beat (North America), the cover of Kaname carrying Yuuki was ultimately one of the best and sexiest cover that Hino-san had ever made!

i vote for volume 12 .its beautiful.i love it.i also like volume 5 and volume 8 my second favourite.volume 14 cover is also nice.

Vol. 8 cover is my favorite one . Kaname and Yuuki are so hot I could melt . 
Kaname looks like he could kill the one who tries to take Yuuki from him . That he knows she is only his . The cover is so adequate to the content of that volume . I loved it .

I like alot of them but probably 11 xD Not only that it's zeki, but everything's so beautiful and well drawn in it, their poses, outfits (Yuuki's dress is gorgeous!) the mood of it (the colors, how she's lying on a coffin) and the theme of it (him looking like he's about to kill her while she's all "Give it to me" xD), IMO it's the most "vampirish" cover of them all. As for others, I like the cover of volume 6 alot, Yuuki is beautiful there, and also the cover with Zero and Ichiru, I love those two together.
I also love the recent volume cover (15 I think?) featuring Kaname, Yuuki and Zero together, Kaname watching over a sleeping Zero and Yuuki. They were all gorgeous here.
