The same way that Sara have devoured the heart of one member of the Hanadagi clan and gain even more power... I'll give you respect points for that, rumland.

The one part I'm concerned about in this chapter is Sara's next move. Let's hope that Ms. Kuran doesn't let Sara join the Night Class or all hell will be breaking loose.

My impression is that currently Sara is aiming to bring the hunters up against Kaname …

Exactly Nina, and this is how Sara is going to make use of Zero’s hate against purebloods…
Zero, how many times has he stated that he just needs a legal excuse? One that Sara is about to give him…
Sara, fueling his hate more…about the Kurans and their role in his vampirism…I think we all the chapter where he teased Zero with that…
Meanwhile I believe that she also wants to bring kaname and Yuuki in different courts…
because Kaname at some point will try to eliminate Sara but he won’t be able to do it, if she hides herself behind Yuuki under the “protection” shield that she is asking.

Where is Kaname? What he doing? risking himself more? Aidou's dad was aware of the fact that the conditions shall demand from Yuuki to stop/go against kaname...so there is no chance that Kaname does not know? what is he waiting? Sara to burst in the nightclass, and Zero to defend the place like a watchdog? What is he waiting to act againts Sara? Is there any chance that he has not suspect her game?

Zero does say that he wants to kill kaname, in fact I belive there is no one else he would rather kill, however I have doubts he will actualy do it, espishaly now after seeing how he is acting that yuki is back, he is going overboard trying to keep her safe but also trying to have it hidden from.

The fact is if kaname was killed by zero it would hurt yuki to a greater extent then words ever could, (1 person you love killing another person you love) I just dont see zero being able to put her thru it. I belive it is the same the other way around as well, I dont belive kaname will kill zero ether.

Noooo!!! ... we don't say that this is gonna happen but we're exploring Sara's intentions ... that doesn't mean she'll succeed with her plan ...

Yes, like Nina said we are just pointing a logical direction that the script can take...

Obviously Sara (being so resourceful) would use a hunter to go against Kaname, after all she has no other way to eliminate him. Kaname has anti-vampire weapons, she has not, so can be useful to her other than Zero who logicaly as a hunter aims at eliminating troublesome vampires (like Kaname is presented at the current moment to the eyes of the hunters).

A personal belief that I have though, is that Zero won't permit Sara to manipulate him (even if he does not know how useful he is to Sara's plans. Or won't give in his hate without sufficient reasosing ( I want to believe).

From the three characters Kaname, Yuuki, and Zero, Zero is the one less developped because he has not passed yet his own hate for his vampire nature (even though at the cemetery scene there were signs of improvement). So I think that Yuuki's role now is importat because she will in a way help him in the continuation to deal with himself and perhaps in a way she opens the way for Zero to realize through her that not all vampires are mean. So he is going to be developped and when he reaches Kaname, I believe his going to act far more mature and reasonable than what Sara wants.

Ok I’m tired of waiting for a full summary so I’ll give my own ha ha!

1. Yuuki looks great in the white uniform though my question is … her old classmates won’t questioning her transition to the NC? For the majority of the students the NC supposed to be only an advance/elite class (they don’t know that they’re vampires) and last time I checked ahem… Yuuki wasn’t a first rank student! Hahaha! So how it will be explained her move there???

2. Zero seems calmer … I thought he might take the whole thing with the reopening of the NC worse but we didn’t see much objection, he took the role of a guardian again uncomplaining! I want to know what he’s thinking and how he feels … he’s well-known for keeping a cool “mask” on outside, but inside things are different!

3. Yuuki seems to worry for him … she recall the incident with the child and Zero’s reaction/lack to catch that vampire on the mission … hmm I wonder if she’ll find the “courage” to ask him about his condition … she probably thinking the level-e issue …

4. I think Yori will play a bigger role from now on … just wondering in which direction though (?) since we also saw her near to Zero on the previous … does she know about Zero be a vampire except of hunter? I think she doesn’t yet (???)

5. Yuuki started to be thirsty … how long she will be able to control that? Is an indication that Yuuki will take blood tablets in the next few chapters? I was expecting from Hino to pull this card sooner or later! She is under a great stress and she probably misses Kaname … where are you Kaname-sama??? Arggghhh and most importantly what are you doing? Btw I can’t figure if the wounded vampire is a PB and who(?) since the only one remains is Touma! I think he’s maybe another noble ???

I agree, Yuuki looks adorable in her new uniform. I'm very intrested in her relation with Kaito, we can see him in few last pages.

Mmm seems that the wounded vampire is a PB after all? I wonder who he is, from which family and what he did … could be the one who ordered the kidnappings? Argggh so little about Kaname’s doings … I want the next chap asap!!!! >_<

I wonder about that box next to Yuuki’s bed … I can’t stop thinking that it might be blood tablets considering that appeared on the same panel where portrayed Yuuki’s thirst! Xmm I don’t think she already took them but it could be for precaution … Kaname left and Yuuki doesn’t know for how long!? So IF we have any biting scene between Yuuki & Zero in the near future it would be out of necessity I suppose … Any ideas about that box?

Also where is Takuma? He refused to go to the new NC? Or Sara wants to reassure her presence there and then allow Takuma’s entry as president of the NC? Since she’s playing the victim card in order to be allowed to go to academy I suppose she didn’t receive any invitation. It would be “funny” though, if the hunters and Yuuki “eat” her pleadings for mercy and protect her from the “berserk” Kaname!

I suppose Cain and Luca dont attend the night class, because they are working with Kaname. I think Kaname only have 2 of them now. Well, looks like Aidou is still Kaname's no matter what, only Kaname keeps him separate because maybe Kaname got some plan for Aidou (that I can not think of at this moment) but by at least that is to look after Yuuki. err.. probably after scanlation I will have a better catch of this whole chapter.

@Nina, what the box it can be tablets (but that not the classic one we know) or nothing, it's merely a detail for the time being, as Mariangie has said Yuuki had given a promise to Kaname to feed only with his blood. Now the question is how long is she going to hold on there? without tablets or anything.

Of course the tablets rule easily Zero out of the question...

Μerci Nina, that settles the summary of the chapter lol, now this is real great news; Yuuki has not the adequate amount of knowldege? new instructor again...

some points that I summed up;

Maria stretches out the fact that Takuma is still under Sara (now the translation is vague here, demands? orders? love spell? did not quite get it but anyway he is still influenced by her in a way, I guess...)

So I guess that everybody in the nightclass are aware of this fact? m, perhaps that's why Yuuki send him an invitation to join? to release him from Sara? which does not happen of course, because as we see Takuma does not appear there yet. Instead of that Sara is showing up to the hunters...asking for protection (here I want to pull my hair out but anyway)...

Then another point is that Yuuki somehow phrased that her nightclass has as a purpose to fulfill the co-existence agreement and that she is going to go after Kaname. (so does she intend to leave soon? I did not get well this point either but it is like she implies that, that's what I think at least)...

Well again, if Sara is going to enter the nightclass, she will be a moving danger, therefore Yuuki's plan to leave the academy and go after Kaname here is on the air again because she is the only pureblood in there that can control Sara..(hm, anyway you know what I mean)...

Kaname reminds me a lot of the Touma scene, in these pages he is not killing anyone, he is hurting that vampire (is he a pureblood? a noble? we do not know)...
There is a reference to the Kuran lineage protecting the peaceful ways, kaname gives as an answer mainly "I do not care"...it gives me the impression that he is showing his teeth in a way...like saying "You don't behave like you should, forget the good manners".

Now about Zero the question about him and the level-e arises again...there is Yuuki's references that he lost the vampire to his blood craving? correct me, if I am wrong, this is what I got from her sayings and that could be an answer to the previous two chapters where that vampire escapes. Why does she worry about him if he is through with the level-e?

I am from the readers who had mostly the impression that he had finished with that part, even though through the latest conversations that I had with other members I understood that it is not clearly presented through Hino what is going on with his state, and therefore is not safe to presume that he has finished with level-e.
Now I tend to have even more doubts and questions about his condition since Yuuki boosts up a bit that impression...I am a bit lost here again.
If the blood effects him so much that he lost the vampire, is that an indication of him falling or an indication of him getting even more vampirish to resist to a meal? Dunno...

god, I really hope Yuuki is just being paranoid about Zero falling to level e. I really hope we were done with that storyline. I don't really want to go over that drama again. I don't really care if he falls to level E at the end, but the drama over the uncontrollable bloodlust and fear of attacking people is dull. I spose its just an excuse to get Yuuki to get her hooks into Zero again and get him to drink her blood and save him.

I look forward to Sara though, I hope she starts to dominate more.

Yeah I have the same feeling … I even thought in the last scene where she is outside the academy she’s going to search for Kaname, especially cuz of her glare to Zero … like don’t try to interfere or stop me. If she wanted to go for a ”hunt” why she is bothered by Zero’s – Kaito’s presence?
But you’re right … Sara’s entry in the Academy might change/postpone Yuuki’s plan about Kaname hm …

Yes seems that Yuuki think Zero might falling again cuz he lost that vampire due to his thirst when the child’s blood spilt on his face. Also I think Zero doesn’t know that Yuuki saw the incident through the child’s memory! The question is does Yuuki know/sense/smell that he drank Shizuka’s blood, since her “nose” is very sensitive! (???) I mean how Sara could tell that he drank from Kurans hm?

About the level-e issue …

I think Hino left that in the grey area on purpose … there are hints here and there which could serve both ways … a) Zero falling, b) Zero becomes more powerful due to his vampire side overcome the human side >>> more “vampirish” but stabilized ...

a) Hints for falling into level-e:

* He drank only by proxy the blood of his master Shizuka (through Kaname and Ichirou), but we don’t know yet if this was enough to save him permanently or temporary …

* He startled the horses, felt thirsty and he hides his eyes like when they turned red in the 1st arc.

* His thirst fits increasing.

* He’s losing control when smelled the child’s blood.

* The hunters also need to monitor him … Kaito is like his shadow …

* And most importantly Yuuki still has the bracelet why? In fact Hino emphasized to that bracelet from time to time and recently also. Furthermore Yuuki didn’t use that bracelet yet … I think this is an indication that she might need to use it in the future …

b) More vampirish …

* First of all Zero is a unique case … he is a twin from a powerful hunters lineage >>> became a vampire viz hunter and vampire together, he drank his master’s blood by proxy, he also drank from two Kurans their exceptional thick blood lol and he eventually “ate” his twin fragments! So who can predict his course? If there is someone who could know, that would be probably Kaname!

* We saw him in the beginning of the 2nd arc cracking the glass window only by his “aura” when he thought about Kaname. This “effect” we saw it also from Kaname (when he gets angry) and Yuuki when she awakes as a PB. So it might mean he grows stronger as a vampire.

* He is able to take the blood tablets … we haven’t see him rejects them currently.

* The scene with the paper cut … he healed rapidly!

* He felt thirsty when he was thinking/dreaming Yuuki (barn scene) and when he sensed her in the HA which might leads to his lack to catch the vampire >>> he lost his composure cuz he saw Yuuki.

* Zero’s words that the level-e thing is quite similar to vampire nature >>> craving for blood (something like that along the lines).

In overall Hino plays with that and she left the door open for both directions so far IMO … which one she’ll choose … ????

If I had to bet I’ll choose he will fall sometime in the future, mostly cuz of the bracelet …

He dosen't need to fall to level-e to lose control. It was stated from the very begining that zero needs to feed more then the normal vampires and we have also known for a long time that yuki is the one that sets off his hunger fits, when he see's her or even thinks about her. On top of that we see zero knocking back bottles of the tablets almost every time he is shown. I belive the hunger has some thing to do with his hunter side, sence the hunters seem to crave to hunt the vampires, it is possible that this is linked with the hunger in some way sence the hunters are derived from a vampire.

The deal with him needing to hunt nightly also gives a little weight to this. As for him falling to level-e and yuki wanting him to leave cause of it, well simply that is not how she is, if she thought he was falling she would want him as close to her as she can get him, so she could stop him before the hunters black list him.

But it is highly possible that a twin hunter vampire might be even worse then a level-e, we have never seen a level-e with powers close to a p-blood before.
