Well, in another thread we got way off topic by talking about guys from other series than VK. Here you can talk about any guy from any series and for any reason you like him.

So who are your fave guys from any and all series?

Hmm, out of all the anime series I've seen there have only been two anime men that stood out enough for me to gush and fangirl over them being attractive.

Those two being Kaname Kuran from Vampire Knight and Itachi Uchiha from Naruto.

The amusing thing is those characters actually have a lot in common on top of it. Perhaps they are just the kinds of men in general I find compelling enough to grab my attention.

I love Zero Kiryuu(VK), Ikuto Tsukuyomi(shugo Chara), Frau(07-ghost) and Syaoran (Tsubasa chronicles)-->

Two words: Usui Takumi, the way hd teases the flustered Misaki is so cute!

Speaking of the handsome guy in Japan's anime/manga, I believe that every female fan has their own list and favor, but in the end which standard can we use to judge? It is said that since these are the anime/manga from Japan, they are mainly made to cater the aesthetic of each Japanese. Therefore, the vision of the Japanese should be the standard. Happened recently, the Japan's media has come up with a list of top 50 most handsome guy in anime/manga through votings so shouldn't this list have become more persuasive? Nevertheless, I believe that you will never guess who's number one.......

Vampire Knight has 5 charas in that list WOW … with Cross being a surprise at least for me!

Ooooh and Kami <333333333333333333333333 he made it!!! He is in the top 10 and on top of that, among shounen charas mostly!!!!

If that ain’t a triumph I don’t know what is… especially in a country that manga/anime are “heavy” industry!

In Japan, manga / anime is a real industry; with a lot of mangas and anime. Hino must be proud of herself; her story has 5 charas in first 50.

Kaname-sama is in first 10 - ofc he is considering how he looks.

Though the first place was surprising

Yes , #1 , Gin from Gintama is a real surprise for me too . If he made it . I would expect Naruto to make the list also . Not only his dad .

V. K. is the manga with most characters on ths list : 5 . This make Hino one of the top mangaka drawing good - looking guys overall . So we get eye candy to our eyes . More , Kaname made top 10 ( # 10 ) And # 12 for Zero is not so shabby either .

Nina great observation about Hino, her boy-harem actually worked LOL...i bet, if she knows, she must feel amazing...

He he he … not that we are biased (not at all ) but our boys are the hottest in that list

No seriously many of the shounen/seinen/ charas are ugly and personally I love and know all the listed shoujo charas but I don’t think that Usui f.e. is better good-looking than Kaname or Zero or Takuma even though that he is an adorable chara.
So I’m coming to conclusion that this poll turned to be mostly about popularity in the end and that also many boys must have participated not only girls.

But even so this makes the triumph of VK even greater >> larger the sample >> better dispersion (boys + girls with variety in tastes)>> more trustworthy the poll >> bigger success for our boys that had to strive with shounen/seinen charas. Cuz the truth is that these genres are more popular than shoujo cuz they have larger audience.

I'm not so sure but I think only Nana had made it to become #1 manga ... always the first places have been won from shounen/seinen manga/anime.

Ps. I think Hino knows or she will be informed (the poll is very recent) since this poll was conducted by Japan’s media … so it is her “job” to know ^^
