Hino's artwork, meanings?

First topic message reminder :

Ok XD I had no idea where to put this so I just shoved it in here, if the mods see it belonging somewhere else please move accordingly.

So lately I've been thinking alot about the VK artwork after seeing the artbook (*___*)

And I've noticed some interesting things, this post will be image heavy so if you have a bad connection i'm sorry D:

First this is a silly something I noticed xD But is there a reason why she did it? Just some food for thought and you may even come to notice things in other VK images.




As we can see Zero and Kaname are playing chess, but notice Zero is on the white side? And don't they always say, whichever side moves first wins? And what side always moves first? I'm not meaning this in a shippy way, but i'm meaning it in perhaps a fight that may occur, I feel like we've been getting teased for a while about a fight between these two and I think it may happen, but does this mean that, Zero would initiate the fight? and perhaps win? lols random random

This is proof that she does put hidden messages into her images, this is from what, the first volume? I think cant quite remember and too lazy to go check my books xD And it's quite obvious here that well, both Yuuki and Zero are in the Night class uniforms, which are for vampires of course, proof that they were both going to be vampires in this story (:

Of Kaname holding Artemis, not sure really what to say about this one but I find it rather interesting, why is he holding Artemis, and why is it wrapped round Zero like that? Is this going to be something that will happen in the future?

Notice the striking similarity? I don't know what it is about these works but I feel like there's a reason she has put them both in very similar poses, maybe it's just to show their vulnerability in the chapters at the time but really, why did she make them so similar? I find it quite strange tbh

Random yes but, is this the proof that they will be the final couple in the end, purely because they seem to be decipted as Yin and Yang? who knows

Please don't take this too seriously, I was just sharing my thoughts on some images and hope maybe others will do the same if they notice anything in any other images, will be nice to hear others input

HM images are full of mysteries,but sometimes they really are connected to the plot and can help us to understand more or to get confused more

i think it has something to do with yuuki and zero relationship

zero is holding yuuki strongly as if he doesnt want her to go after kaname
and yuuki is holding artemist and in the same time holding kanames hand
i think this cover is a hint about what will happen in the next chapters
maybe there will be an arguement between yuuki and zero
she will try to go after kaname while zero will force her to stay
and in the same time the look on kanames face says that he needs her dont you think so ?

and also did you guys notice there are some stuff flying in the air
it looks like a pure blood died there or maybe a broken mirror
just like in ch 52
moreover kanames clothes are from the past

i can't see anything flyng in the air unless you mean those little white diamond like things, which are part of yuukis uniform.

what i find funny is the white in yuuki's hair, she looks like she;s going gray.

sorry yuuki, other than that, she looks really pretty.

my friend said the stuff on the cover says "Blood and bonds and feelings and fate are what tie and bind me......"

i think its pretty much about yuuki being stuck between two very difficult things, zero and kaname.

Just a small reminder for the cover of 15 volume. This volume contains chapters that we already have seen/read.

Volume 14 contains: 64, 65, 66, 67, 68 chapters

Yuuki standing on Kaname’s side (my reason for holding the fort), following his footsteps (re-opening the NC, finding allies among the nobles), knows very well where her heart is (Restrained by hunters … But I … my heart is bound far away … I am Yuuki KURAN), and collaborates with Zero by restoring their relationship as friends and allies (collaborators, Zero’s relationships, hence the back to back in the cover)

So there is no mystery behind of the cover 15 nor any foreshadowing that we do not know about … Neither Yuuki called to choose between Zero and Kaname to be stuck between them … Yuuki is stuck in the academy cuz she is restrained there… we know pretty well what her free volition is > to find Kaname …

Now about the rose that she’s holding … Hino has used many times roses, is an element that probably likes. Here some examples >>

So if the rose represents Yuuki then we can say that she standing on her own feet? She knows who she is and trying to do her job as Yuuki Kuran … grasping/holding her objectives and “embracing” her true self as a PB?

The rose is also the symbol of the Cross academy > Yuuki re-opened the NC > she “grasped” that goal and she returned there …

What is Kaname holding there? is that a piece of clothing? Ah I had not seen these, a wonderful....previews!!!! some compensation at least for the last chapter...

By the way at the chapter's cover is it my idea or is Zero pulling Yuuki away from Kaname's gentle treatment?
