knight in second arc

guys it is more than clear that in first arc zero was kaname's knight(i mean he used him for yuuki's safety).so who is this time knight of kaname's side means who is black knight in the story?? multiple votes allowed.

I truly want to see Yuuki to become Kaname's vampire knight. I really want to see Miss Kuran to kill Sara for using the Night Class, deceive the Hunters, and use Zero as a weapon to kill her fiance.

I do not know why people thinking of Vampire Knight as synonymous of the hero riding the white horse.
Knight is something a bit old. It refers to something medieval, I think.
Vampire. Vampire is a term that carries a certain dark side to the knight, a mysterious side. So, Vampire Knight has a dual nature.
The VK is Kaname. I know Kaname refers to Zero as the horse in his chess game. And Zero is the white knight, I see that.
And besides, if you consider who is responsible for the most important things in history, you infer that VK is Kaname. It makes no sense the work's title refers to someone who is not responsible for the main event.

And I totally disagree about Yuki is the Vampire Knight. Lol, how scary...

Kaname´s knight...in the 2 arc...no one. I think he´s the knight by himself now.

I think the final knight will be Yuuki since she's the main character of the main chracters and she hasn't really done anything main character-like yet. I believe that at one point the ignorant little girl we saw at the start will become the 'hero' of the day.

In the second arc I think that the knight is Aidou-senpai!
Cause he always follow Yuuki, he has to protect her,...like Zero in the first arc...
I think it's this the meaning of Vampire Knight
The nice thing of this manga is that in each new arc there is a new Knight for Yuki-chan...

If you notice the pic ; Hanabusa Aido is supposed to be a Black Night . The one playing at Kaname's side of the board ( black chess pieces ) .

Both Ichiru and Zero ( identical twins ) were supossed to be the White Knight of the first arc . Of course as Ichiru was human , so he can't be a Vampire Knight . Only Zero qualify to be a White Vampire Knight .

in chess the King is a piece that can not move, it is protected and guarded...Kaname is not at all like this...i would suggest that in this kind of view Yuuki is the king /she need to be protected and the Knight is Kaname making all moves before anyone reaches her...thats the only logic between VK and chess, if you know chess...

^ Kaname is more like a chessmaster, I don't think he has a real role in chess piece.The black king in the pic is more like Yuuki so why don't you think that she is rounded up by the white's side? It's true that Kaname is the king but that doesn't also in chess.The King in chess is so not fit for Kaname (=.=).If Hino hinted that Yuuki'll kill Kaname, she would have a other hint for Kaname (Not the King in chess).Second, I've never heard Yuuki said she would truly kill Kaname. Yeah, she'll stop him by may hurt him so that he can't move and do something bad more but never really kill him. "Stop", "Catch" don't have the same meaning with "kill", "destroy" or "exterminate", you know? (I'm sick of some fans keep thinking they're the same ==)

This picture I took from little after the forbidden act and for this reason Kaname is touching the white knight Zero!!
There is an opposite pawn on the white knight: the black king: I think it's Kaname! Cause we are in the first arc! The little pawn are Aido, Kain, Ruka, ichijou and Seiren his best loyal alleys!!
Shik and Rima there aren't cause we know that they are a bit dfferent from the others vampires, they don't "loves" or better admired so much Kaname, even if Shik is Kaname's cousin...

Sorry I'm off topic the topic was on the Knight in the second arc...but only starting from the beginnng we can understand something I think...

@ Kia: First, I don't care anything about anime (Cause to me, they have change the plot so much). If you wanted to show me proof then you must show something from the manga

Kaname is the weakest that need to be protected by the others? I don't think so . Think carefully before concluding from they're all king. The King in chess is just a piece in chess which is important named "King". The true, the most powerful and important King/Queen is still Chess Master.

okay so kaname is not the king accn to you guys still who is the knight???kaname????and yuuki is presented as queen and hino said that she will grow as char(though by far i only see her doing stupidity)so is she the knight??who is??who will save kaname from destruction or kaname will die saving yuuki??

well in my opinion ... kaname isn't a piece in the chessboard. he is the master who moves the pieces...and so i agree that zero is the white knight but as for yuuki i have to say that she must be a piece that is only protected!!! by far she hasn;t done anything!!!

i think in both the arcs the actual knight is kaname because he is the one who actually protects yuuki using his pawns,in first arc he used zero as a pawn to protect yuuki,in second arc,well its a little confusing but i think kaname is the knight,hero and protagonist of the manga.

Yuuki and Sara are the Black and White queen!
and the Hook is Takuma(or Kaien,not sure yet),the horse is Kain,The tower's Ruka and the rest figures...

i just wanna ask if kaname is not the king then why he is tagged as a king in titles?recent chapter's name is arrogant king and conceited queen.though i think queen here is yuuki as sara said she wants to be the queen.
